
Wing leads $11.3m round for Moogsoft
Wing Venture Capital has led an $11.3m series-B round for Moogsoft, an IT operational and service management company formerly based in London.
Moogsoft will use the capital to invest in technology development and geographic expansion.
Existing investors including Redpoint Ventures also took part in the round, which brings the total amount invested in Moogsoft to $18m.
Moogsoft raised $7m in a Redpoint-led series-A last year, at which time the company was headquartered in London.

Founded in London in 2011, Moogsoft is an IT operational and service management company with headquarters in San Francisco. It currently has customers across Europe, North America and Asia.
The company provides a software service management platform, which exploits concepts such as big data and social networking to pre-emptively identify adverse incidents regarding a company's IT infrastructure.
People
Peter Wagner is a founding partner at Wing and will take a seat on the board at Moogsoft. Redpoint general partner John Walecka already has a seat on the board. Phil Tee is CEO of Moogsoft.
