
VF Venture leads €9.4m investment in Reform
Vækstfonden-owned direct investment platform VF Venture has invested €9.4m in Reform, a Copenhagen-based retailer of kitchens.
The venture capital fund partners with private investors to invest equity in Danish enterprises and has DKK 22.5bn (€3bn) in total investments. It typically makes investments of DKK 5-25m.
The company will use the proceeds for further digitalisation and accelerated growth.
Carlsquare acted as the financial adviser to the company on the deal.
