HIG Europe backs Vértice 360 Servicios Audiovisuales

The firm's parent company, Vértice 360, will hold the remaining 50.01%. A debt repayment of €2m will be made by VSA to Vértice 360 following the completion of the transaction. A further €2m may be paid to Vértice 360 at a later date, subject to the achievement of performance-related targets.
The deal is the first completed by HIG Europe from the GP's Madrid office, which opened earlier this year.
