HG Europe's Tres60 bolts on Monal
HIG European Capital Partners’ Spanish portfolio company Tres60 Servicios Audiovisuales has acquired Monal Group, a French media production company.
The acquisition will create a group that enjoys a greater share of the European and international post-production and digital distribution markets, according to the GP.
