Miura's TVC bolts on Falcon Industries
Miura Private Equity has funded the acquisition of Falcon Industries, a New Jersey-headquartered provider of retail display units, by Spanish portfolio company The Visuality Corporation (TVC).

New Jersey-headquartered Falcon manufactures point-of-sale metal fixtures, countertop displays, floor stands and endcaps. The business was founded in 1995 and has a headcount of around 100.
