
Nauta leads €1.6m round for Marfeel
Nauta Capital has led a €1.6m round for Marfeel, a solutions provider to the web publishing industry.
The funding round is the third completed by the company. French VC Elaia Partners, Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments (BDMI) and start-up accelerator Wayra also participated in the financing round.
Nauta is reported to have committed €860,000, with BDMI contributing €150,000, Wayra injecting €125,000 and Elaia contributing the balance.
Company
Founded in 2011 and based in Barcelona, Marfeel allows users to convert any web content to touch content for consumption on mobiles and tablets. The firm has developed an algorithm that allows the content to be converted automatically.
Marfeel is currently developing from the Wayra accelerator.
