
MCR appoints Sarah Bell as partner
Corporate insolvency and restructuring practice MCR has appointed Sarah Bell as partner. She will be based in the firm's Manchester office.
Bell has over 20 years experience of advising companies and financial institutions in corporate recovery and restructuring. She has managed a large number of formal insolvency appointments with particular focus on construction/contracting, motor dealerships and manufacturing for major clearing banks.
She has also worked on the restructuring of a number of multinational companies dealing with cross border issues in the US, Japan and Canada.
In addition, Bell has considerable experience in solvent restructuring enabling the tax efficient demerger of complex business structures.
