
Baker and Goold appointed as Wragge & Co directors
Wragge & Co has promoted Gareth Baker and Richard Goold, with both becoming directors, to boost its corporate finance team.
Goold has been with Wragge & Co since 2001, when he joined as a trainee. While at the company has worked with a number of key private equity clients, including 3i and QinetiQ. He also played a key role in supporting and driving the company's US sales team.
Baker also joined the company in 2001 as a trainee, and has worked on global joint ventures, M&A and private equity deals - primarily for high-net-worth individuals. He specialises in the energy and food sectors and has previously worked on BP, AMEC, HJ Heinz and Jamie Oliver transactions.
