Cavendish changes ownership structure and appoints new COO
Cavendish Corporate Finance, the specialist sell-side adviser to mid-cap companies in the UK, has announced the retirement of it's co-founder and the appointment of a new COO.
Hugo Haddon-Grant, who co-founded the business with Howard Leigh in 1988, is to step down from the business with immediate effect; his shareholding in Cavendish has been acquired by a number of the group's partners. Leigh remains as senior partner.
At the same time, Cavendish has announced the appointment of Joe Stelzer to the newly-created post of chief operating officer, with responsibility for day-to-day operational management of the partnership. Stelzer joined Cavendish as a Partner in April 2010.
