
VCs back Hoxton Farms in £2.7m round
Founders Fund has led a £2.7m seed round for food products company Hoxton Farms.
The round saw participation from Backed, Presight Capital, CPT Capital and Sustainable Food Ventures.
The fresh capital will go towards developing its production platform and hire talent for its research and development team.

Hoxton Farms intends to create an edible fat from plant-based ingredients. It was founded in 2020 and is based in London.
