
Inveready leads €3m round for Buguroo
Venture Capital firm Inveready has led a €3m investment round for Buguroo Offensive Security, a Spanish cybersecurity software company.
Following completion of the deal, Buguroo will invest in international expansion and continued product development. The software company intends to open offices in San Francisco and London by the end of Q1 2016.
Inveready invested via Inveready First Capital II, a €20m vehicle launched in 2014 that makes investments of €200,000-600,000 in early-stage Spanish tech companies.
Ticnova Group, STS Inversiones and Cube Ventures also took part in the round.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Madrid, Buguroo is a cybersecurity software developer. The company has a headcount of 50 and a distribution network spanning 25 countries.
Buguroo generates revenues of €2m.
