
DFJ et al. in £1.56m series-A for Fluidic Analytics
DFJ Esprit, IQ Capital, Parkwalk Advisors and Amadeus Capital Partners have taken part in a £1.56m series-A for Fluidic Analytics, a UK-based biotechnology company.
The round was led by Cambridge Enterprise, the University of Cambridge subsidiary responsible for the commercialisation of the institution’s intellectual property.
Following completion of the deal, the business will invest in bringing its existing products to market, as well as developing new technologies.

Founded in 2013 as a spinout from the University of Cambridge, Fluidics Analytics is a developer of technology for the identification of proteins that indicate the onset of human diseases.
People
Vishal Gulati, a venture partner at DFJ Esprit, will take a seat on the board at Fluidic Analytics alongside Cambridge Enterprise investment manager Bradley Hardiman. Andrew Lynn is CEO of Fluidic Analytics.
