Waterland exits Zentrum Gesundheit to Nord in SBO
Waterland Private Equity has sold its majority stake in Zentrum Gesundheit to Germany-based buyout firm Nord Holding.
The group's medical practitioners and managers will remain shareholders in the group following the deal.

This announcement follows Waterland's launch of sale processes for rehabilitation clinics group Median Kliniken and fertility clinics group VivaNeo.
Nord acts as an evergreen fund, investing from its own balance sheet with no maturity restrictions. Currently, the fund has interests in more than 15 companies in the DACH region.
Previous funding
Waterland acquired a majority stake in the group in 2017 with plans to maintain its growth through regional and portfolio expansion.
